Agreeing to these terms

Using this site or placing an order with Angel Town means you're on board with what's written here. It's meant to keep things clear on both sides — how orders, payments, delivery, and support actually work.

Product listings

We try hard to get colours, sizing, and descriptions right, but screens vary, and small differences can show up between what you see online and what arrives.

Take a moment to read the product and size details properly before you check out.

Placing an order

An order is confirmed once payment goes through and stock is available. We'll reach out if anything needs confirming on our end.

If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know and work out the best alternative with you.

Returns and refunds

Please look over your order carefully before completing it — every piece is prepared and packed by hand, and once a sale goes through, it's final.

That means we don't currently accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, the wrong size being chosen, or personal preference.

That said, if something's actually wrong with what arrived — the wrong item, a defect — get in touch quickly with your order details and a few photos, and we'll work through it with you fairly.

Getting it to you

How long delivery takes depends on where you are, courier schedules, and a few things outside our hands. We'll keep you in the loop where it matters.

Double-check your delivery address before submitting an order — we can't take responsibility for a delivery that goes wrong because of details entered incorrectly.

Before you check out

A little care at checkout goes a long way:

• Double check your size against our size guide.
• Make sure your delivery address is complete and correct.
• Use a phone number and email you actually check.
• Ask us first if you're unsure about anything before ordering.

Using the site fairly

We ask that you don't try to break, exploit, or copy the site, or use it in a way that could cause harm to Angel Town or anyone else using it.

If these terms change

These terms may get updated as the shop evolves. Whenever that happens, the new version replaces this one — and continuing to use the site means you're fine with the update.
